Recruitment Consultant (Transport)
Introduction:
Megan joined the 365 People Group in our Transport Division as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant in 2025. Alongside her workshops and studies, Megan is involved with the sourcing, onboarding and placements of drivers and working alongside our clients to establish their requirements.

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
As a recruitment Consultant at the 365 People Group I am responsible for recruiting and interviewing drivers, managing compliance, rebooking staff, and supporting clients. I act as a key point of contact, assist with sales, attend meetings, and remain on call to meet urgent candidate needs.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to go on holidays, go to festivals, see my friends, explore new places and sleep
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to fly, so I can get to places faster and easier whenever I want.

I’m an ex dancer and have been taught by the lead choreographer on strictly come dancing
