Callum joined the 365 People Group in 2025, his immediate impact on the performance of the Birmingham branch saw them beat previous records within weeks of his arrival – we look forward to seeing what him and his team achieve in 2026!

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
I am the Branch Manager for Birmingham Industrial Division.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
Leading and working alongside such a great team.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Spending time with my 2 amazing children, watching Walsall FC (unfortunately someone has to!!)
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to pause time as there are never enough hours in a day.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I have shared the stage with both Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney at the same time whilst performing in front of 60,000 people (don’t worry I wasn’t singing).
