Introduction:
Bianca joined our on-site operations in 2025 to manage the resourcing, onboarding and daily activity of a substantial, regular workforce across two of the busiest sites in the 365 People network.

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
I am a recruiter consultant. I recruit and place candidates into warehouse and logistics roles, while also managing existing workers to ensure operational efficiency and team performance.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
Every day brings something new, and no matter how challenging it gets, the sense of achievement when everything comes together is genuinely rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places. In my day-to-day, I enjoy cooking and spending quality time with my family—it’s the perfect balance to a busy schedule.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would pick teleportation, just imagine skipping commute, delays, appearing wherever I need to be with zero effort. It is the dream combo of saving time, money and never having to hunt for a parking space again.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m the kind of person who sets 5 alarms and still wakes up 2 minutes after the last one ring!
