Katie joined the 365 People Group with a wealth of recruitment experience at the start of 2023. Katie has helped to develop and build our teams and branches, supporting the day to day running and management of our 365 People network.

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
As managing director, every day is different. My time is split between our Leicester and Birmingham branches and I get to be involved in all aspects of branch operations supporting and guiding my fantastic teams.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
I love the fact that it is always changing, and I get to see first hand individuals and teams growing and achieving their targets.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I’m not having fun with my friends & family, you will find me on the netball court or on the side of the Rugby pitch. I also love a random weekend away!
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
To be able to fly – have you seen the cost of petrol?!! ????
