Branch Manager – Coventry
Introduction:
Charley joined the 365 People Group at the start of 2025 alongside the relocation of our Coventry office. She has a broad knowledge of the local area and also provides support to our on-site teams across the Midlands and East England.

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
I manage our Coventry branch, working closely with industrial and logistics clients. I support a great team of consultants here in Coventry, and I also help look after our Northampton branch, working with clients across Milton Keynes and Luton. I really enjoy building strong relationships with clients and supporting their operation in ways they never thought they needed.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
I really enjoy the people side of my role – whether that’s supporting my team, getting to know our clients, or helping candidates find the right job. No two days are the same, and that keeps it interesting.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends, taking my dog on adventures, or planning my next holiday.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to understand what my dog is thinking.
