Ben joined the 365 People Group in 2025 after completing his university studies in Leicester. Ben is keen to develop his sales and client management skills, connecting with local businesses and expanding our brand awareness throughout Leicestershire and beyond.

What do you do at the 365 People Group?
I work in Business Development at 365 People, where my role focuses on building relationships with new clients and understanding their needs so we can connect them with the right solutions. It’s a fast-paced role that involves a lot of communication, problem-solving and collaboration, no two days are ever quite the same.
What do you enjoy most about your role at the 365 People Group?
The part I enjoy most is speaking to new people every day and getting a real insight into how different businesses operate. I love learning about the challenges companies face, how they’ve grown and what makes them tick. It’s genuinely interesting seeing how varied businesses can be, even within the same industry.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m very sporty and try to play as much golf and rugby as possible. Both keep me active and competitive and I enjoy the social side just as much as the sport itself. If there’s a chance to get outside and be active, I’m usually up for it.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Super strength – no hesitation. It would be incredibly useful in everyday life, from practical tasks to sport and let’s be honest, it would be pretty impressive as well

I’m a Welsh sheep farmer – very stereotypical, I know!
